- Rheumatic and osteoarthritic pain, easing joint stiffness
Use under the guidance of a registered physician.
Pharmacology
Ace contains Paracetamol (Acetaminophen), a well-researched analgesic and antipyretic. It works by:
- Blocking pain signals through inhibition of cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes in the central nervous system.
- Reducing fever by acting on the hypothalamic heat-regulating center, promoting vasodilation and sweating.
- Unlike NSAIDs, Ace does not cause gastric irritation or affect blood clotting, making it a safer choice for pain relief.
