Pharmacology
Ace Plus is a combination of Paracetamol and Caffeine. Paracetamol acts as an analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer) with mild anti-inflammatory properties. Caffeine, a xanthine derivative similar to theophylline, enhances the effectiveness of Paracetamol by increasing its solubility and ability to pass through cell membranes. Additionally, Caffeine helps to raise the pain threshold, improving pain tolerance. It also has a vasoconstrictive effect on blood vessels in the brain, which can be beneficial for treating migraines and headaches.
