Ace Power is an effective solution for managing various types of pain and discomfort. It is indicated for:
- Fever, common cold, and influenza
- Headache, toothache, earache, and body aches
- Myalgia, neuralgia, and dysmenorrhoea
- Sprains, colic pain, and back pain
- Post-operative and postpartum pain
- Inflammatory pain, rheumatic, and osteoarthritic pain
- Stiffness in joints and post-vaccination pain in children

Pharmacology: Ace Power combines Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) for its analgesic and antipyretic properties and effective pain management, with no peripheral anti-inflammatory effects. Paracetamol works by inhibiting the cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, reducing pain and fever. This combination enhances pain relief, making Ace Power a reliable solution for various conditions.
Dosage & Administration:
- Tablet:
- Adults: 1-2 tablets every 4-6 hours. Maximum 8 tablets daily.
- Children (6-12 years): ½-1 tablet 3-4 times daily.
- Extended Release Tablet:
- Adults & Children (over 12 years): 2 tablets every 6-8 hours, max 6 tablets/day.
- Syrup/Suspension:
- Children under 3 months: 10 mg/kg body weight (reduce to 5 mg/kg if jaundiced), 3-4 times daily.
- Adults: 4-8 teaspoonfuls 3-4 times daily.
- IV Infusion:
For adults and adolescents weighing 50 kg and over, the recommended dosage is 1000 mg every 6 hours or 650 mg every 4 hours.

Side Effects: Ace Power may cause mild side effects, including skin rashes, allergic reactions, or hematological reactions such as thrombocytopenia, leukopenia, or pancytopenia.
