Pharmacology
This formulation contains Almitrine Bismesylate and Raubasine, which work together to improve circulation and oxygenation. Raubasine functions as a vasodilator with adrenolytic properties, mainly exerting its effects through post-synaptic blocking. Almitrine enhances oxygen levels in arterial blood by increasing the partial pressure of oxygen (PaO2) and arterial oxygen saturation (SaO2), without affecting respiratory parameters. This combination supports improved cerebral oxygenation, particularly in cases of hypoxia.
Dosage & Administration
The usual dose is one tablet once or twice daily, taken separately at different times of the day. The maximum recommended dose is two tablets per day. Always follow the dosage prescribed by a registered physician.
