Pharmacology

Antista contains Chlorpheniramine Maleate, an alkylamine antihistamine, which is one of the most potent H1-receptor blocking agents. Chlorpheniramine Maleate is widely used as an effective antihistamine with less sedation compared to other antihistamines such as promethazine. It works by competitively blocking H1-receptors to reduce allergic reactions.
