Indications
Vitamin B1, B6 & B12 is used to address deficiencies of these essential vitamins in the body. It is effective in treating various conditions such as polyneuropathy, including alcoholic or toxic neuropathies (such as diabetic neuropathy), neuritis, neuralgia, cervical syndrome, shoulder-arm syndrome, lumbago, sciatica, myalgia, intercostal neuralgia, herpes zoster, trigeminal neuralgia, and as a supportive treatment for facial paresis.

Composition
Each film-coated tablet contains:

• Vitamin B1 (Thiamine Mononitrate) 100 mg
• Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) 200 mg
• Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) 200 micrograms

Each 3 ml ampoule contains:

• Thiamine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B1) 100 mg
• Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 100 mg
• Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 1000 mcg

Pharmacology

• Vitamin B1: Helps convert carbohydrates, fatty acids, and amino acids into energy, promotes healthy nerve function, improves mood, and strengthens the heart.
• Vitamin B6: Plays a role in forming red blood cells, helps cells make proteins, and manufactures neurotransmitters (e.g., serotonin). It aids in the release of stored energy, prevents cardiovascular diseases and strokes, alleviates depression, and reduces insomnia.
• Vitamin B12: Essential for cell replication and red blood cell production, helps prevent anemia, reduces symptoms of depression, and alleviates nerve pain, numbness, and tingling. It also lowers the risk of heart diseases.

These vitamins are well absorbed when taken orally and are widely distributed in tissues, including appearing in breast milk. Thiamine is present primarily as diphosphate inside cells and is not stored significantly in the body. Excess amounts are excreted through urine. Pyridoxine and related compounds are readily absorbed and converted into active forms in the body. They are mainly stored in the liver and excreted as inactive metabolites.

Dosage & Administration

• Tablet: Take 1-3 tablets per day, or as advised by your physician.
• Injection:
  • For severe (acute) cases: Administer 1 injection daily until acute symptoms subside, or as directed by your physician.
  • For mild cases: Administer 1 injection 2-3 times per week. Ampoules are recommended for intramuscular injection.
