It is effective in alleviating symptoms like dizziness, tinnitus (ear ringing), vascular headaches, irritability, fatigue, and disruptions in sleep cycles, including premature awakening. Additionally, it is beneficial for treating age-related conditions such as involutional depression, memory loss, difficulty concentrating, and incontinence.

It is also used to manage symptoms following brain and head injuries.

Peripheral Circulatory Disorders:

This includes conditions such as obliterating arteritis, thromboangitis obliterans, Raynaud’s disease, and complications related to diabetes, including acrocyanosis, and pernio. It is also used to treat symptoms like intermittent claudication, trophic disturbances, pre-gangrene, and trophic or varicose ulcers. Other issues like paraesthesia, cold extremities, and nocturnal cramps are also managed effectively.
Disorders of Balance:
Cinarzin Plus is particularly effective for individuals suffering from balance disorders caused by labyrinthine arteriosclerosis and vestibular disturbances. It is also useful in treating Meniere’s syndrome, offering relief from vertigo, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, tinnitus, nystagmus, and giddiness. Additionally, it provides effective prophylaxis for motion sickness.
Note: Always use Cinarzin Plus under the guidance of a registered healthcare provider.
Pharmacology
Cinarzin Plus contains two active ingredients: Cinnarizine and Dimenhydrinate, which belong to distinct classes of medications. Cinnarizine is a calcium antagonist, which works by blocking calcium channels, helping to relax vascular smooth muscles, and improving blood flow. Dimenhydrinate is an antihistamine that reduces symptoms of nausea and vertigo (the sensation of dizziness or spinning). The combination of these two compounds offers enhanced therapeutic effects, making Cinarzin Plus more effective than either component when used individually.
