Description
Psyllium Husk is a gentle, natural laxative that contains 80% soluble fiber. The primary chemical component of Psyllium is mucilage, which is highly effective in managing chronic constipation, hemorrhoids (piles), and colon cancer. It also provides soothing effects on the gastric and intestinal lining, helping with gastric irritation and ulcers. In addition, Psyllium Husk is known to reduce blood cholesterol levels (specifically LDL cholesterol) and lower blood glucose, making it suitable for individuals with obesity and diabetes.
