Description

Indications:
Glamor is used as a lubricant and artificial tear to relieve dryness and irritation in conditions such as:

• Dry eye syndrome.
• Ocular irritation due to deficient tear or mucus secretion.
• Keratoconjunctivitis.
• Temporary relief from burning and irritation caused by eye dryness.
• Protection against further irritation.

Always consult a registered physician before use.

Pharmacology:
Glamor combines Dextran and Hypromellose to mimic natural tears, providing soothing relief for dry, itchy, burning, and irritated eyes. This unique formulation helps retain moisture, slows tear film evaporation, and protects the eyes from further irritation.

• Hypromellose: Stabilizes and thickens the tear film, prolonging tear film breakup time and lubricating the eye.
• Dextran: A complex glucan that helps retain moisture and improve ocular comfort.

Dosage and Administration:

• Adults and Children: Instill 1–2 drops into the affected eye(s) three times daily, or as directed by a physician.

Contraindications:

• Do not use while wearing soft contact lenses, as Glamor contains Benzalkonium Chloride, which can be absorbed by the lenses.

Side Effects:

• No known side effects. However, if irritation or any adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use and consult a doctor.

Pregnancy and Lactation:

• Safety during pregnancy and lactation has not been fully established. Use only if deemed essential by a physician.

Precautions and Warnings:

• If irritation persists or symptoms worsen, seek medical advice.
• Avoid touching the dropper tip to prevent contamination.

Therapeutic Class:

• Drugs for dry eyes.

Storage Conditions:

• Store below 25°C. Do not freeze.
• Discard 30 days after first opening.
• Keep the container tightly closed when not in use.
