Description

Indications:
Hypomer Gel is a substitute tear fluid for alleviating dry eye conditions and managing unstable tear film. It provides relief from ocular discomfort caused by dryness.

Pharmacology:
The gel quickly balances the hypertonic tear fluid caused by dry eyes, offering comfort and hydration for patients with ocular discomfort.

Dosage & Administration:
Instill 1 drop into the conjunctival sac of the affected eye(s), as needed. Typically administered 1-3 times daily, but can be used more frequently if required.

Contraindications:
Do not use if hypersensitive to any of the ingredients.

Side Effects:
Generally well-tolerated. Some users may experience mild burning, stinging, redness, allergic reactions, or transient blurring of vision.

Pregnancy & Lactation:
No adequate data on the safety of Hypomer Gel during pregnancy or lactation. Consult a doctor before use.

Precautions:
Discontinue use and consult a doctor if eye pain, changes in vision, or continued irritation occur. Do not use if the gel changes color or becomes cloudy. Not for use during surgery or injection into the eye.

Use in Special Populations:

• Children: Safety not established.
• Elderly: No dosage adjustments needed.

Storage Conditions:
Store in a dry place, away from light and heat. Keep out of reach of children.
