Composition
Each dose (1 spoonful) of Ispergul contains 3.5 grams of Psyllium Husk as the active ingredient. When mixed with water, the husk forms a thick gel that helps relieve constipation and supports regular bowel function.
Description
Psyllium Husk is a mild yet effective laxative, comprising 80% soluble fiber. The primary active component of Psyllium is mucilage, which plays a vital role in alleviating chronic constipation, hemorrhoids (piles), and even colon cancer. Additionally, Psyllium Husk has soothing properties that benefit the gastric and intestinal mucosa, helping to ease gastric irritation and ulcers.
Apart from digestive benefits, Psyllium Husk has been shown to lower serum cholesterol levels (LDL) and reduce blood glucose levels, making it an excellent option for individuals with obesity or diabetes.
