Pharmacology: Paracetamol (also known as Acetaminophen) works by inhibiting the production of pain-causing chemicals, offering effective pain relief. Unlike NSAIDs, Paracetamol doesn’t affect inflammation in peripheral tissues but acts primarily in the central nervous system to reduce pain.
