Pharmacology:
Zinc is essential for many biological processes, including immunity, wound healing, digestion, reproduction, growth, and mental development. It supports healthy growth during pregnancy, childhood, and adolescence. Zinc also possesses antioxidant properties. In children, zinc is used to treat ADHD. In adults, zinc deficiency may lead to loss of appetite, impaired sense of taste and smell, depression, white marks on fingernails, frequent infections, low fertility, prostate issues, mental problems, poor wound healing, weak immune system, diarrhea, lethargy, rough skin, and weight loss.

B-Vitamins are crucial for converting food into energy and supporting brain, nerve, and red blood cell health. They are especially important for the healthy growth and development of children. Deficiency in B-Vitamins in adults may cause fatigue and neurological symptoms, such as weakness, poor balance, confusion, irritability, memory loss, nervousness, tingling limbs, and coordination issues. Other symptoms of B-Vitamin deficiency include sleep disturbances, nausea, poor appetite, frequent infections, and skin lesions.
