Pharmacology
Zinc is an essential mineral necessary for numerous biological processes, including immune system support, wound healing, digestion, reproduction, and proper mental and physical development. It is particularly important during pregnancy, childhood, and adolescence. Zinc also possesses antioxidant properties and is used to manage Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in children. In adults, zinc deficiency may result in loss of appetite, poor taste and smell, increased susceptibility to infections, depression, fertility issues, delayed wound healing, and various skin conditions.

B vitamins are essential for energy metabolism and the proper functioning of the brain and nervous system. They are crucial for red blood cell formation and play a significant role in the growth and development of children. Deficiency of B vitamins in adults can lead to fatigue, neurological symptoms such as poor coordination, memory loss, irritability, tingling in the limbs, and skin disorders. Other deficiency-related symptoms include nausea, loss of appetite, frequent infections, and sleep disturbances.
