- Lutein Ph.grade – 6 mg

- Vitamin C is highly concentrated in the lens compared to blood. Long-term Vitamin C supplementation (10+ years) has been associated with a reduced risk of cataracts. It also plays a crucial role in scavenging harmful free radicals.
- Vitamin E has been linked to a reduced risk of cataracts. As an antioxidant, it also contributes to free radical scavenging activity.
- Lutein is a carotenoid concentrated in the macula, helping protect it from oxidative or light damage. Studies suggest that high dietary Lutein levels are associated with a lower risk of Age-Related Macular Degeneration (AMD).
- Zinc is an essential trace element involved in enzyme systems. Deficiency symptoms include distorted taste and smell perception, poor wound healing, skin lesions, and increased susceptibility to infections.
- Copper plays a role in growth, skeletal integrity, and nervous system development. It is part of various enzymes involved in metabolic processes.
