Indications:

Trilock is used for the following conditions:

• Prevention and long-term management of asthma

• Acute prevention of Exercise-Induced Bronchoconstriction (EIB)

• Relief of symptoms associated with Allergic Rhinitis (AR), including both Seasonal and Perennial forms

Pharmacology:

Montelukast, the active ingredient in Trilock, is a selective, orally active leukotriene receptor antagonist. It works by blocking the cysteinyl leukotriene receptor (CysLT1). Dosage & Administration:

Drug Interactions:
